Life would be great without stress right?
How can we limit the amount of stress we have? Here are a few things I have done that helps out quite a bit. It’s still a learning process for me, of course.
Meditate – Started doing it and it made a HUGE difference – Insight Timer app is what I normally use.
Stop, Breathe for 10 seconds and just do NOTHING!
Ask yourself if what you are stressing about and can be changed by stressing over it? Likely that answer is NO.
Letting worry consume us is allowing something outside of our control to live rent free in our minds! If it doesn’t make you happy or doesn’t make you money…DO NOT ALLOW IT TO BOTHER YOU!
Easier said than done…
