Today I talk about my views on the term “Multitasking” and how I think it is great in theory, bad in execution.

How can you REALLY give full attention to more than one thing at a time?

Life would be great without stress right?

How can we limit the amount of stress we have? Here are a few things I have done that helps out quite a bit. It’s still a learning process for me, of course.

Meditate – Started doing it and it made a HUGE difference – Insight Timer app is what I normally use.
Stop, Breathe for 10 seconds and just do NOTHING!
Ask yourself if what you are stressing about and can be changed by stressing over it? Likely that answer is NO.

Letting worry consume us is allowing something outside of our control to live rent free in our minds! If it doesn’t make you happy or doesn’t make you money…DO NOT ALLOW IT TO BOTHER YOU!

Easier said than done…

Community Challenge: What stresses you out and did you try anything suggested OR find something new to help you limit the stress in your life? Let us know and share it.

We all experience that moment when a friend, a co-worker or even a stranger will ask us to do something…and we say yes.

A YES to them is a NO to yourself.

How to decide when a NO or a YES is better? Ask yourself if you are going to deny yourself anything? Ask if you will gain anything?

Community Challenge – Practice saying NO to things that you simply do not want to do. Don’t risk your job, life or even freedom of course… but put yourself before others for ONE WEEK and let me know how it works out for you.

What did you learn from it?

We just celebrated the new year and all to often we see the flood of resolution messages get posted. What makes these different from goals?

My kid wants to watch the Cosby show again… I think it’s time we did that. No one should ever be violated or forced to do something against their will. That being said. Bill Cosby has never been proven guilty.

I think people need to have talks with their kids and let them know they have someone to talk to if something bad ever happens.

The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES for short) is held each year in Las Vegas, and it features multiple showfloors filled with tech including drones, phones, televisions, smart devices, and even cars. In Today’s IQMZ Tech, we take a look at a few of these products.

So there is a very simple difference in what people and the media call protesters. It’s very black and white to me. Just giving my thoughts on the “protests” in Oregon. If I’m wrong please let me know.
